이용약관Terms of Use

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 (주)윈플래닛(이하 '회사')이 운영하는 웹사이트(winplanet.co.kr, 이하 '사이트')의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

이 약관은 사이트에 게시하여 효력이 생깁니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일 7일 전부터 사이트에 알립니다.

제3조 (사이트의 성격)

사이트는 회사의 기술과 솔루션을 소개하고 기술 도입 문의를 받기 위한 것입니다. 회사는 직접 보험상품을 모집·중개하거나 보험계약을 체결하지 않으며, 사이트의 내용은 보험 권유나 계약 청약이 아닙니다.

제4조 (문의 접수)

이용자는 사이트의 문의 양식으로 기술 도입 문의를 남길 수 있습니다. 회사는 접수된 문의를 확인한 뒤 이용자가 남긴 연락처로 답변하며, 문의 내용에 따라 답변하지 않을 수 있습니다.

제5조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 다른 사람의 정보를 도용하거나 거짓 정보를 입력하는 행위
• 사이트의 운영을 방해하거나 보안을 해치는 행위
• 회사의 허락 없이 사이트의 내용을 복제·배포·변경하는 행위

제6조 (저작권)

사이트에 게시된 글, 이미지, 로고 등 모든 콘텐츠의 저작권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 이를 영리 목적으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 이용하게 할 수 없습니다.

제7조 (면책)

사이트의 내용은 일반적인 정보 제공을 목적으로 하며, 회사는 그 내용을 근거로 이용자가 내린 판단에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 사이트를 이용할 수 없는 경우에도 책임지지 않습니다.

제8조 (준거법과 관할)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 사이트 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

부칙

이 약관은 2026년 10월 19일부터 시행합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions for using the website operated by WinPlanet Corp. (the "Company") at winplanet.co.kr (the "Site"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Effect and changes)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Site. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law and will announce changes on the Site at least 7 days before they take effect.

Article 3 (Nature of the Site)

The Site introduces the Company's technology and solutions and receives business inquiries. The Company does not directly solicit, broker, or execute insurance contracts, and nothing on the Site is an insurance solicitation or offer.

Article 4 (Inquiries)

Users may submit inquiries through the contact form. The Company will review them and reply to the contact details provided, and may decline to reply depending on the content.

Article 5 (User obligations)

Users must not:

• use another person's information or submit false information;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
• copy, distribute, or modify Site content without the Company's permission;
• automatically harvest email addresses posted on the Site.

Article 6 (Copyright)

All content on the Site, including text, images and logos, belongs to the Company or its rightful owners. Users may not use it for commercial purposes or allow third parties to do so without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

Site content is provided for general information only. The Company is not responsible for decisions users make based on it, or for unavailability caused by events beyond its control such as natural disasters or network failures.

Article 8 (Governing law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

Addendum

These Terms are effective as of October 19, 2026.
